Investing In Pre-Construction

When you buy a condo unit in the pre-construction phase you have more advantages including:

  • First pricing, paying for the first and lowest price

  • First appreciation, appreciation right from the beginning

What’s more, when buying pre-construction properties, you are able to put a relatively low deposit down which can be spread over a long period of time with set capital commitments.
