Understand Plans, Apps, and Billing
Billing is the source of truth for the plan, add-ons, payment setup, and prices currently offered to the account.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings & Tools → Billing
What to do
- Review the current plan and renewal information.
- Check installed paid apps and assigned seats.
- Update the payment method using the secure billing action shown.
- Review the confirmation before changing or removing a plan or add-on.
Good to know
- Use live Billing values rather than prices quoted in an old article or message.
- Removing an add-on can disable the related user workflow or seat.
