Alex has consistently been in the top 1% of Condo Sales in Toronto for 9 consecutive years (2009-2018) and is now the Broker of Record at RE/MAX Wealth Builders Real Estate. Alex has been a Diamond Club selling agent at RE/MAX, has also been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and was awarded the RE/MAX Life Time Achievement Award at 35 years old. This sales success has allowed him to make relationships with all of the developers in the city to ensure his clients get first access to new development launches in Toronto.After Alex earned an Honours degree in Economics and Finance while attending the School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University he knew he wanted to get into the Real Estate field. Kyle completed a double degree program at Wilfrid Laurier University and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in finance and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computing.For 9 years, Kyle worked at the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation where he was responsible for conducting Canada's national lottery games: Lotto 6/49, Lotto Max and Daily Grand. These games generated billions of revenues for the provincial lottery organizations and taught Kyle the importance of ensuring smooth operations, finding efficiencies and optimizing processes. Kyle's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate investing led him to join Alex's team in 2018 to take over the day-to-day operations of the business, to drive efficiencies and ensure that each and every client receives exemplary service.
