This includes professional property management who will find and screen the tenant, making this a completely passive investment for 4-5 years. This program is entirely optional and you can opt-out at any time.

CASH FLOW POSITIVE

All units are cash flow positive at today’s rental and mortgage rates. this means that the rent the developer will pay you will cover your mortgage payment (including principal repayment, condo fees and taxes).
