Save Favorites and Likes
Favorites save projects or floorplans for a signed-in visitor across devices. Likes provide a lighter floorplan reaction without requiring sign-in.
Where to find it: project and floorplan cards or detail pages
What to do
- Use the heart or favorite action on a supported item.
- Sign in when prompted if the action requires an account.
- Open Favorites to review saved projects and floorplans.
- Remove an item using the same control.
Good to know
- A like or favorite is an engagement signal, not a request to contact the visitor.
- Anonymous likes and signed-in favorites are stored differently.
