Understand Lead Scores
Lead scoring summarizes selected engagement signals into a relative indication of interest. It helps prioritize attention but does not prove intent, budget, or consent.
Where to find it: Admin → Pipeline → Contacts and Insights → Analytics
What to do
- Open a high-scoring contact and review the actual activity behind the score.
- Compare recent actions, repeat visits, saved items, appointments, and communication.
- Use the evidence to choose an appropriate, human follow-up.
- Keep stage and notes accurate; do not move someone solely because of a score.
Good to know
- A low score can still belong to an important offline client.
- Scores can change as new activity arrives or older activity becomes less relevant.
